Boy Meets Girl

In this mad-cap comedy set in old-Hollywood, I aimed for bright colors and fast-paced, high-energy performances from the student actors. I staged the play in three-quarters round, both providing students with the opportunity to learn a different type of stage geometry and providing the audience with effective and attractive stage pictures regardless of seat location. My staging choices served to emphasize movement and manifest a kaleidoscope of relationships between the characters.
